Misuse of the service, including false bookings, abusive behavior towards drivers, or unsafe conduct, may result in account suspension.
13 Black Cabs facilitates ride bookings with available drivers but does not guarantee the availability of vehicles at all times. Ride acceptance depends on driver availability and traffic or weather conditions.
Estimated arrival times are provided for convenience only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues. While we strive to keep you updated through the app, we are not liable for delays outside our control.
All fares are calculated based on distance, time, tolls, and applicable surcharges as per Australian taxi regulations. Payments are securely processed by third-party gateways. Refunds are only applicable if a ride is not fulfilled due to driver unavailability. We do not store your payment information.
You may cancel a booking before a driver has been dispatched at no charge. If a cancellation occurs after driver dispatch, or if you fail to show up at the pick-up location, cancellation or no-show fees may apply as per local regulations.
